Ipswich Hospital Offers Ward Matron Drop-in sessions to patients and relatives
Ipswich Hospital NHS Trust runs regular Ward Matron Drop-in sessions for patients and their relatives. Their aim is to listen to any issues or concerns as soon as they arise so that they can take action and, hopefully, resolve any problems quickly.
Patients and relatives are alerted to this service via invitations and posters which are prominently displayed on ward and department doors.
The aim of the service is to increase the patients and relatives confidence in the hospital's care.
So far, the response has been extremely positive
