Simple information, clearly displayed, can offer reassurance for anyone with a memory problem
We were very grateful to receive the following e-mail from Elizabeth Wilson from Aberdeenshire...
She writes...
'My mum is 89, registered partially sighted, and a wee bit forgetful. I have an A4 whiteboard which I write on every day with a brief summary of what we're doing, who's at home etc. I sometimes type out the same on a sheet in size 24 - 26 point which she can read.'
