conkerrcancer.org is a project that delivers cheerful pillows to sick children in hospital

www.conkerrcancer.org has delivered hundreds of thousands of brightly coloured pillowcases to children in hospital and hospices. The project started in America but is now operating in this country too.
The pillows can bring great pleasure both to the children and their relatives. The volunteers who make them gain from the sense of community that the project creates.
